Margaret Hunt –
Founder of Nature Wise
Margaret’s journey began in the 1960s during which time she began studying to be a primary school teacher. Studying child development fascinated her and she became deeply curious about how belief systems take root in young, malleable minds. This curiosity led her to explore the profound ways these early childhood beliefs shape human behaviour.

As a hypnotherapist, Margaret dedicated her career to helping individuals break free from limiting cycles, habits, and lifestyles—guiding them toward their true potential. When she became aware of the staggering mental health statistics among young people, and the subsequent, far-reaching implications on their lives she asked a powerful question:
What must a young person believe about themselves to feel so lost?

Determined to create change, she turned her focus to the critical stages of emotional and social development, seeking ways to help people rewrite their inner narratives to find the freedom to life their full potential. Through Nature Wise, Margaret wants to inspire a new approach—one that nurtures resilience, self-worth, emotional regulation and possibility from the very beginning.

Our Mission:
We are dedicated to promoting emotional intelligence, resilience, and social skills in children. Through nature-inspired activities, we offer practical support for parents, educators, and therapists who seek holistic approaches to children’s well-being.
